...just screwing around, but "Cencal" sounds like a cold remedy. :p

decooney 01-09-2007 12:52 AM

Yeah, maybe MidCal, like you suggested. Sounds and describes it better. Hmmm. It will be cool to see what Cindy picks. I'll go back and edit the earlier post to show both... etc.. Way to go Cindy, up, up, and away!

cindrrrr 01-09-2007 08:40 AM

CenCal...MidCal, hmmm

I dont care for Mid cal. It sounds like a car dealer place. We're not snorkeling, and StraightCal sounds like a Rehab center. Let me play with this one some more!!!

How about CentralCalCobraClub? CentralValleyCobra Club....FogBoundCobraClub.....lol......Ok I am working on this!!! Gotta go get some coffee here!!

BossCER 01-09-2007 08:44 AM

No, I tthink Central Valley has a better ring to it. what do you guys think?

But then if we shorten it its cen-val and that sounds like boot camp or a Wal mart.........

Power Surge 01-09-2007 09:54 AM

If you did Central Cali Cobra Club, you could call it 4C for short. :3DSMILE:

thudmaster 01-09-2007 10:12 AM

You are close; now you need to pick a place to meet and choice your wine list.

cindrrrr 01-09-2007 10:23 AM

Theyve conveniently got all these wineries up and down this central valley.......hm which one do we pick? Actually, a good breakfast/coffee place is whiat I am thinking.
Dont you guys usually do a Saturday or Sunday day meet, not during the week thing?

thudmaster 01-09-2007 10:26 AM

We do weekends only. Just a couple of us retired old folks who can meet anytime. Breakfast or lunch whatever they want. We usually ask in the forum then decide. This month we are doing lunch in Lincoln California.

thudmaster 01-09-2007 10:27 AM

Btw you are invited also...........

800hp 01-09-2007 10:55 AM

Jamo 01-09-2007 11:04 AM

Cindiiiiii...when you're ready, let me know, and we'll set up a forum space. :)

cindrrrr 01-09-2007 11:44 AM

Jamo....lets go ahead and set it up.

Central Valley Cobra Club....has a nice ring to it. and covers alot of valley so they all are included.

cindrrrr 01-09-2007 11:49 AM

ATMKing....your in Modesto, we can have meets at different locations each month to accomodate Bakersfield/Fresno/Modesto ......some of us will be driving more some at times than others, but it would be great for us all to have and be in the same club. I have at least an hour any way I go so its just another excuse to go for a drive!!
