A small tool kit for the Cobra, a long sleeve Cobra (black) shirt and a rain storm to wash the last of the snow and salt off the streets so I can get a couple of hours in the car on Sunday.

A blank check (concerning the value) but signed to be used for a new camshaft or a new crankshaft .

Queenie - a blank cheque! That means you can buy a new crankshaft from Keith Craft with an aluminum motor and a polished Kirkham attached!

Deerskin driving gloves---for those cool Winter morning drives (brrrrr... 50F...). Very nice.
Also, some cash, which will likely be spent guilt-free on the Cobra. Trying to decide on glass windwings for my windshield, or a racing windscreen (drivers side bubble).
We had a "lean year" this year, but it really didn't take away anything at all from the Holiday Spirit. Good friends, cheerful family, most everyone is healthy, and employed. This, with a backdrop of reports from my two twin nieces who are spending a year on North Africa in an exchange program. We underestimate the value of living in a highly developed country.

Santa brought me a Shearling Sheepskin Leather Bomber Jacket, RAF leather Hood and Fighter Pilot Goggles for those cold Saturday morning drives from Lodi to the Rockhouse in Livermore.
Now all I need is THE CAR, which ERA says will be done... someday!

Honesty is good. And I am glad you are enjoying the rum. That Admiral Rodney is really something special. Save some for a toast to the new year!

Used it for the first time today. The force told me my driveshaft bolts might be loose. They were a little better than "finger-tight". What a tool!

Santa got Patrick at Pro Systems to build me a nice new custom carb for the Cobra. It should be here on Wednesday. That Santa.....he always seems to know just what to get for the Cobra!
