Wayne,
I had a patent on Cobra sidepipes when we made the first "DV". It works and at the time passed all smog tests and C.A.R.B. tests. You might try to find "Thunder Motors" in Texas on the web. Guys name is Wayne. The pipes ended up beautiful and unless you had a "snooper" hooked up you couldn't even tell they were catalytic. I THINK we used 6 cylinder Ford Escorts per side! Loss of HP wasn't ugly either. 490HP would loose about 15 at the wheels,
DV
PS, Because the Viper ECM used four 0-2's we had to install them too, it all worked great!
