clutch brake peddle assembly, need one
I checke out the history posts here and did not readily find an answer.
We need a clutch brake pedal assembly for a CRL. anyone know of a good donor assembly, or do we simply have to build on from scratch. any ideas all all would be greatly appreciated. This for for the car I sold, and he needs some help. HRay |

If you want to use AC cast pads they have been ground and drilled to take a clevis pin or bolt.

From reading some old posts, you need to know if it for a brake system with or without a power brake booster. Something about the brake pedal ratio being different.
Not that it cant be changed. |
There is a picture in my gallery which shows the mod to the pedal arm from a power to manual pedal ratio. Pretty simple change actually and it makes a huge difference in stopping ability. I can provide details if needed.

Nice setup Mickmate. The only issue is that the Classic Roadster has the clutch, brake and accelerator pedals on the same bracket.
Of course one could change to a complete different setup but that would take some fabrication. |
Big feet !
Kinda along these same lines-With my big feet, I have difficulty moving my foot from the floorboard between the pedals in order to use the clutch.(can't fit outboard of the clutch pedal). Does anyone else have that problem? If so, has anyone come up with a solution ?

You could bend your clutch pedal more towards the side of the body and just use the side of your foot to engage the clutch. Not sure how much more room you would get between the pedals though.
Some people wear some type of driving/racing shoe instead of normal shoe's. They change to them when getting into the car and change back when leaving. If you leave them in the car then you will not forget them. |

boat shoes
Last year i bought. Slip on boat shoes, but so far this year I wear sandles and remove them and drive barefoot. I do have tons of insulation and no heat.
