Door Hinges

I have read that the CR hinges are not optimum. My car is not fully assembled and I have the standard hinges supplied back in the mid 90’s. What are the disadvantages of these and is there a good reason to look for something different. They look heavy duty.

Absolutley nothing wrong with the stock CR hinges. They swing the front of the door into the body opening. Bill Emerson has hinges that will fit a CR that swing the door away from the body if you would rather have that. Not cheap though.
