Tires for my CR2
Ok I have been looking for a while now and I'm finally in the market for some new tires. I have some old Coopers in the front and some newer Winston's in the rear. I am the third owner of this car and would like to do my own up grades to performance and ride quality. I don't plan to race the car on the track just mostly road, high way, and mountain driving. Any help would be appreciated.
Hers what I have on the car now...
Front: Cooper Cobra GTS (M+S 102S P255/60R15)
Rear: Winston's Winner GT (M+S P295/50R15 105S)
Tred on the front is 8" W/ Total tire with of 9".
Tred in the rear is 10" W/ Total tire with of 11.5".
There is not much room around the tire in the rear wheal well. The front has a little more room but not much. I do a little driving in damp weather so traction would be nice. Right now we have to be very careful not to swap ends. I would that to stop!
