CR Certificate of Orgin

Hey guys
Does anyone have a C of O for a CR?

I bought this car from a widow and she has been looking through her husband's papers (kept every piece of paper for his whole life) for the CO. No luck, but she thinks it has to be there, somewhere.

If anyone would send me a copy, I could show her what to look for. Daunting situation, at best.
