I'm hoping to get started on mine soon too, waiting on the border to open to be able to drive across to pick up.

So question, if I take my cowl hoop to a local fab shop and get them to make one up for you, I could bring it across the border when I come to Sweetgrass MT. Intereted?

Have you tried reaching out to Bill Emerson? I've seen pictures of his Cobras, and his chassis, they are pretty much the same Cobra.

Putting photos in gallery with dimensions on hoop

The hoop is 1” square 1/8” tube and 1/8” flat plate with door hinge mounts in 3/16” that you weld in during door alignment
The 2 small 1/8” bent pieces they use for wiper mount and upper corners can be made out of 2 pieces and corner welded

Emerson never called back or replied to my email

Party On
