you should have 2 small shields that cover the latch area, Mine were not installed correctly and had to be repositioned.

This is what I have, I don't like it just open, not sure it has a panel that I'm missing or if I have to make my own out of aluminum

That rubber hockey puck between the shock and spring
I’m working right there wondering what bolts to that bracket
I kinda remember seeing those in the parts and thinking “where do those go?”
Thanks for the pix
Good point on covering it up that’s a lot of dirt from the tires there

No problem, this one is going to paint august 20th, I have the other one that is missing the cowl hoop, where the door hinges and windshield mount, and wiper motor, I can't get to this one to get measurements, I'll be fabricating one, if I can't find one, also need a trunk lid

This is still a new kit and I am welding the seat belt and roll bar piece in, then doing all the other chassis and driveline work and painting it
Doing the big go-cart thing before putting the body back on
Some friends and I lifted it on as a good place for storage back in 1998!
Boomarang, my dad named her, sold twice always came back

440.mustang, I have an unassembled car, all parts are OEM from CRII. If you need parts, do you want me to take them to a local fiberglass place, and see what it would cost to replicate them? I actually wanted to find a second trunk lid for mine too to mount a luggage rack on should I ever want to take it on a road trip. I wonder if an Emerson Cobra trunk lid would work? his car is based on the CRII.
