The RCC coil over suspension comes with #175 rear springs.
In 1998 I went to Ft Worth and picked them up and was told if I go big block send #175s back and they would send me some #200 springs.

Ride firmness is a combination of springs and shocks / settings, as well as bushings, spring angles, etc.

I know it's a different (and heavier) car, but my WCC runs 465 lb/in in front and 300 lb/in in the rear. I'm running QA1 adjustable coilovers in front and shocks in the rear, so I can dial in whatever firmness I like. Front and rear are both about 4-5 clicks from softest setting. Just my $0.02.
