Hi CS Folks,

I built a 91 CR and have been going to road races with it. Front tubular control arms with double adjustable QA1’s. The rear is a Curry F9 with 355 gears. I picked up a pair of QA1 lower control arms for a fox body and cut them down to size, the uppers are also QA1’s. Thinking about changing from a four link to a three link? The rims? Looking to go with an 18 inch for only track, any suggestions?

the 3 link is far superior. It provides a better ride, better cornering and no (not as much) surprises when cornering.
The 4 link can cause sudden and unexpected rear end swap. Many here with the 4 link have been in the situation where the rear just snaps and rotates out. Good only for drag racing.
Do a search on the subject and you will get allot of info.

Or so what only a couple people have done with a CR, but in an IRS rear end. Lost of work.

My four link with heim ends on the upper and urethane on the lowers will suit my application. I am still building mine.
