Aluminum Nose Cone...I didn't forget

I promised I would post these when time and computer permitted. This big piece of crap finally stayed working long enough to get the pictures I took over a week ago uploaded.

Ok, enough bickering. Any questions let me know. The first photo is the pattern I use to make the final piece.

And the final results. Time: about 45 minutes to make 4 hours to upload! Geessh I hate this thing
