DV...Need help with the Summit Adj Proportioning Value.!

Hey DV! I got the adjustable Proportioning valve from Summit...now I need to know how to hook it up. Yes I got the 3 way spilter and I'll have to remove the mustang II proportioning value. So how do I do this and what goes where.

Snake, The prop valve is for the rear brakes. Run the line from the master cylinder to the prop valve and then back to the rear brakes. The fronts don't require a prop valve so run the line from the master to the "t" or 3 way then to each front brake. Easy as pie!

As long you you have all the brake lines disconnected, why not install a line lock solenoid while you are installing the proportioner.

Between the master cylinder and the tee for the front brakes, as described by Don, install a line lock solenoid.

This will allow you to lock your front wheels at the touch of a button, while the rear wheels are free to spin, spin, spin.
