Art, you did make the factory CR sidepipe muffler conversion to glasspacks before coating, didn't you?
Rear wiring harness isn't that big of a deal. You can follow the factory wiring diagram and make your own harness. You don't need all those plugs, because once plugged in using the factory harness, there is no reason to unplug anything. Solder, crimp, and hardwire all connections. I had to make a second rear wiring harness for all the extra stuff I put in the back. I can help dance you through if you'd like.

I'd still use connectors on the tail lights, if only so you could remove the tail lights prior to painting the car!

Jack21,
These are the newest pipes from new source I think they have already been improved for flow if I read Don Scott right. They are
pretty loud. Of course that's running engine in the garage so I won't know how loud until first ride. It's been raining so much here lately I've been thinking of sending for an Ark kit LOL!

A few questions for anyone.
1. Did your kits come with radiator brackets? I have the square frame, but the directions mention mounts and rubber inserts like I should know what they are talking about??? Also, after the body is on, will I be able to pour fluids into the radiator cap? Or do I want to get a filler tube in the top hose?
2. Where should I mount the electric fuel pump??? I have heard as close to the fuel tank as possible, but I am nervous about an electric device so close to 19 gallons of high octane fuel. Anyone have opinion?
3. The manual mentions running a ground strap to the engine block in passenger side motor mount. I am not having the best luck in finding one. Any ideas where to find ground straps? Also did anyone ground anything other that block to frame? A local speed shop recommended grounding the chassis to the frame. (don't know if they realized this is a fiberglass body?). Would a braided battery cable work?
Just installed foot pedals, power steering, power brakes, and drilled main fuse block yesterday. I am starting to enjoy working on this car.
PS. Petek, I went through your Cobra build site. It was awesome. You must have spent as much time building the site and documenting as you did building the car. Thank you for your effort.

Hawk, Do you have the radiator hoop that is cut off in the center or full square? You do need brackets to hold the upper portion of the radiator if you have the full hoop. If you have the half hoop then you need upper and lower brackets.
You will need an in-line filler for the radiator. The cap on the radiator will be under the body. Use a larger lb cap for the radiator, that way if it boils over it will do it at the in-line filler.
You do need a ground from the engine to the frame. A flat braided ground strap will work fine. You can pick those up at any parts store. Otherwise use a Ford starter cable. Make sure you ground all wires stamped 190 to the engine or the frame. Those wires will have eyelet connectors on them. Also run a ground from the dash harness to the cowl bar.

Thanks again Don.
Don, I have the full radiator frame. Where can I find radiator mounts and rubber spacers? Should I have got them with my kit?

And don't forget to run a ground from the sending unit of the gas tank to the fame!
Use in "in" harness ground to the sending unit but be sure and add an extra one!
DV...Is it time yet?

Hawk, Those are the old style mounts. I'll look around and see if I have any. If I don't they are easy to make with aluminum. I will post a picture if I don't have any of them.
