Wiring

Almost have it. Lisence plate wiring. I will assume that the black is ground and can be attached to the frame. Where do I connect the red?

You should have a wire just for the tag light but if not just tie it into you main tail light wire. Be sure you don't wire it into your turn signals. As you know you need your tag light to come on when you pull your light switch.
