Nope, you can't fool me... she's smiling; I'd expect her to have a look of awe and fear!

He is getting about 4-5 hours of various therapy sessions daily. With that nurse!! Lucky dog.
Petek...I think the nurse is trying to tame the Cobra. I'm sure she doesn't want to be biten by that snake.

Thanks for asking.
John is progressing slowly but surely. He was sent home from Rehab when his insurance ran out, but his wife Anne was able to get him readmitted. He gets much more help in rehab but it seems like it will be along road back to full mobility. Also, Anne has to take off work when he's at home, so they don't have a lot of income right now. However, his spirits are good and he remains very upbeat.
"CACC habitat" is building a handicap bath for him in his home-also very slowly. Fortunately, we have several contractors in the the club. So far we have the plumbing roughed in and the walls and subfloor framed, & some of the wiring done. It will probably take a few more weekends after DVSF to complete. After, we finish and tally up our out-of-pocket costs for materials, we may ask for contributions to the "John Walsh rehab fund".

Well, I'm back...sorta.
I want to thank all of you for thoughts, wishes, and prayers. My computer and keyboard still work. Fingers, so - so.
Surgery didn't go so well. So much for, "Oh, you'll be back to work in 2 - 3 weeks."
Right now, I'm just learning to walk again. Driving is a way off. Car is in storage. Missed a whole summer of Cobra fun.
CACC has been absolutely wonderful with their support and assistance in help Anne & I keep our sanity.
I never imagined the family I was getting into when I began building a Cobra. You people are awsome.

Hi Jack!
Glad you're getting back into the swing of things - if only slowly.
I miss your Cobra commentary and words of wisdom.
Set your sights on next year and keep the faith!

Yo John,
Wondered when you'd reappear here. Welcome back!
I'm still working on my bump steer and have your e-mail with measurements printed out to work with for relocating the rack upward ~ 5/8" or so.
I've had a delay or two with the Cobra myself, but am also outliving them just fine
Hope to see you around!
Tom

Whew! Welcome back Jack! Convince the physical therapists that the Cobra is needed in the therapy!
