Default pin drive adapters for Classic Roadsters

This is from the Vintage Wheels homepage:

Fitment of Adapters
The use of hub adapters allows replica builders to use genuine pin drive knock offs without the cost of a having custom hubs manufactured.
The adapters supplied by Vintage wheels have a center spigot sized correctly to fit most standard Ford/ Chevy hubs with 2 ¾ inch spigots.
Our order forms request that the customer measures the hub spigot diameters and if it is different from the standard measurements we will resize the adapters accordingly.

I measured the hub spigot diameters today and it's about 2.51" for the front axle and about 2.778" in the rear. What exactly should I fill in the order form? I don't want to end up with adapters that won't fit.

Will 2.5" center spigot adapters for the front and 2.75" for the rear axle fit?

Just a quick question. Do you have the proper well space for those wheels. I thought that they are 3.5 inch backspacing? I wasn't able to figure a way to get them to work on my A&C because my recommended front spacing ran 4.5 inches and the rear was 4.0. Just curious.

Thre adapters should fit just fine. The question Mike asked is a good one. Make sure you can order the wheels with the proper backspace. Trigo wheels come with 3 1/2" backspace and they will not fit without shortening the rear end. The only ones I know of that can be ordered with custom backspace are from PS Engineering.

Thanks for the replies, I'm going to order the adapters with 2 1/2" center spigots for the front axle and 2 3/4" for the rear end.

As far as backspace is concerned the rims from Vintage Wheels should bolt in perfectly.
