Not Ranked
JaredS Jared I have the first ERA with a power assist rack in my car. It's a Sweet Rack , it's also called Appleton Rack. You can't compare a car with no ps and ps. The wheel alignments are going to be setup different. You will use low camber and caster numbers with a manual rack because if the numbers for camber and caster are say 3.0+ and camber 1.0+ degrees you will need to be strong like bull to steer and drive the car. A manual rack the camber is about .5 and caster maybe 2.0+ the car steers OK but it is really steering like the QEII for a short wheel base car. It also depends on the ratio in the rack. Some are 14-1 others 16-1, 18-1 all depends. I autocross and a little road race, I get great feedback on the car and steering. The 15" tires slide easier than the 17" pilots. If the car is setup right, the p/s will just make it a pleasure to drive. I race with 1 hand and shift with the other. no problems Rick Lake
