Hood Latch Box

Does anyone have an pictures of their installed hood latch box. I predrilled the marked holes in the firewall before I painted it. Now that I have the latch box they don't line up. They are 3/4" too high. Does the latch box mount raised up or flat on top of the firewall? If its flat I will have to drill some new holes and figure out what to do with the old ones.

Never mind I found an old post about this.. Im such an idiot sometimes.. hehe
