Where should I hook up the return line..

I am using a fuel injected 302 engine, with a MSD external fuel pump (fuel injected engines) feeding the engine.
With fuel injected engines you need a return line to return the unused fuel back to the tank...
I am wondering can I use the emission line as a return line? What about the vent tube?

On the fuel sender there are 2 lines, 1 for pickup and the other is a return line. The larger of the 2 is the pickup. The vent needs to be used as a vent and not for the return.

Another question, I know it's probably not recommended, but can I use brake line as a fuel line (with a fuel injected engine)???

I don't see why not was the brake line is supposed to withstand a high psi...

Brake line tubing makes perfectly good fuel lines. I've been using it for a long time. Stainless is probably better but much harder to find. Don't use copper. It tends to crack after a few years of vibration.

Some racing rules require less than 1 foot (12 inches) of rubber hose in the entire fuel system. I use 3/8 inch brake line for all the other lines.
