Default Brake Master Cylinder

I took my CRL out of storage the other day and saw it developed a leak in my master cylinder at the interface between the booster.. I have to rebuild or replace but I do not know the master cylinder part number or what production vehicle it is from, I did not build it, can anybody help with some info??

Thanks

The stock system was from a 1974 to 1978 Mustang II. That master had a small and large reservoir. If the master has 2 equal size reservoirs then it's probably from a 1976 Corvette.
