Ok. I was going to wait till later today, but...
I was told yesterday that they're done!!!! I'm leaving work around 2 today to get out to Kevin's shop and pick them up. I just talked to my powder coater and he's going to wait at his place for me to drop them off. I won't be bringing them with me on Saturday but Ray is going to put a rush on the coating job and then over night them to you early next week.
I'll post a pic of them later tonight for the final proof there really done

Glove Box Goodies
DV/Capteddie
The stuff we keep in the glove box is an aloe gel, not arnica . Sorry about that. I wouldn't want you to get busted for a controlled substance.
Captain Eddie if you can get a couple of pics over the weekend that would be great. Jan and I are going to meet up with some others from Mid-Atlantic Cobra on Saturday and do a little tour. (In Delaware it would have to be a little tour) Don't be jealous they are forecasting 96+ on Saturday so it could help with any overweight issues.

Cpt. Eddie,
And those lower arms are supposed to fit the CR II? It's going to take a "lazer/protractor/compass" to set that rear end up with 4 adjustable arms!
.................no sweat I have one!

DV,
You have any problems with my stopping by on Sunday, instead of tomorrow? Got some stuff I need to get done around the house.
Here's what I have for this trip;
1) transmission
2) new Lokar shifter
3) expensive Australian side louvers
4) volt gauge
5) stainless steel cable ties
6) bushings for the lower rear arms
Am I missing anything???

I have a small list that I will give you when you get here-nothing much. Getting into the final phase of things. Sunday is fine Sir, just fine.
Everything else looks great.

Visit to DVs place 7-20-08
Ok...
Just got back from DVs. Always worth the road trip. Got the last of the needed parts dropped off and with the custom rear lower arms making the trip, it should be the last piece of the puzzle to get this baby on her wheels and engine/tranny dropped in.
Here's a few pic's to let you see where we're at.
THANKS DV!!!! HAPPY B-DAY!!! DON'T EAT TO MUCH CAKE, YOU HAVE WORK TO DO
Remote filter mount and radiator
Hood and body (1)
Engine with the headers on
Dash with steering column
Chassis front with radiator
Tranny, body and chassis
Steering column mount 1
And as DV would say...the best $80 bracket you'll never see...
DV is getting close. I'm pretty sure that from here on out, it's all down hill and I can't wait Awesome job DV!!

Glad to hear that!!! It started out looking like a disaster waiting to happen.
DV,
I ordered the fan mounting hardware and the shroud gasket. They are getting dropped shipped right to your place. The 20' of -6 will be coming from Summit directly to you.
One problem I'm having is, I'm only finding one length when it comes to the drive shaft yoke http://www.jegs.com/p/Ford+Racing/757436/10002/-1 will this be OK?
Also I forgot to look yesterday. Did you ever make a copy of the fuel well? Don't remember if I saw it in the fender on the body or not.

Cpteddie,
IF you still have Don's rear lower control arms - save me a lot of work if you can? Measure from center to center of where the bushings would be please. This will at least give me a starting point!

Sweet!
Is she standing on her own yet? Or still on the dolly?
You should have a couple of deliveries showing up either today or tomorrow.
