OFM,
Thats sweet looking. Do you know what the color codes for the white and the blue are? We're doing Ford wimbledon white for the strips and the blue is the same factory color my F150 is, Ford deep blue pearl clearcoat. Looking at pictures of my truck and your car, the blues look awful close.
Again. Very nice looking car!

the stripes are Wimbledon White and the blue is Indigo Blue 8P4
My wife actually picked the color. She thought it made the car look classier.

It's very sexy.. even if it is a bit darker.. Nice Work DV..
I really dig the gas cap on yours. I wish I had done that myself.. Maybe some day I redo it. When the car needs a repaint.
Deep down inside I want to build another one.. Just to have something to do... Anyone got one they want built.. I did everything except shoot the color since I didn't have a place to do it then.. Now I do.. Bigger garage.. hehe...

DV,
Thinking about making the drive over to your place on Saturday the 25th. You up for visitors? Who knows... Maybe you'll need a hand getting the body dropped back on the chassis

Well. I figured I might be getting ahead of the program. But it's always good to see you and our baby. Plus after spending the week in Weehawken NJ working, a few hours in Pentwater will be a nice change.
So... I'll see you Saturday around 10 or so your time, unless something changes.

DV! It had completely slipped my mind. Did the bender pump make it back to you? If not, let me know and I'll call and raise hell with them this morning.

cpteddie,
The pump in question is at work as we speak! It doesn't apear to have been fixed.....but replaced.
So you know if you didn't, our weather steadily rose day by day until last week it actually hit low 70's- BUT, then within 24 hours it dropped to 24 at night, low 40's and less during the day, rain AND snow mixed for three straight days. My heating budget was shot in March, let alone going into May!

Ed, Why don't you move to Delaware after you finish Capteddie's Cobra . We are going to have 71 on Friday, 80's on Sat & Sun. I would love to have someone with your knowledge, dedication and work ethic in my neck of the woods.
Jim

OK DV
Glad to hear the bender is operational once again
I have been tracking the weather both on your side of the lake and mine. Man these weather patterns are crazy and its depressing too. I was pretty sure the new blast of cold weather brought the finishing work back to a halt.
Well.... Still look forward to seeing my fat smiling face Saturday morning. Maybe we'll get lucky and the weekend will bring some warmer weather. My weather widget is showing us back into the 70s by Friday.

Well, don't get me wrong, I was born in MEEchigan, as well as my wife and we both love this crazy state, but it was her idea to come back for "retirement'! I dare her to mumble one little criticism!
Friday-back to low 70's.....dammm
