fan relay
Hi DV
this my fan relay.
I followed the instalation instructions.
I am %99 positive now that the actual fan sensor is bad.

Fan sensor could be bad. Try grounding the sensor if it works then it may be the relay. If it doesn't work being grounded then it should be the sensor.
