Default Source for brake and turn signal lenses

Trying to help a fellow CR owner find rear brake and turn signal lenses. Anyone know the part numbers and or place to get them? Thanks.

Not that familiar with CR, are they the same as other replicas use?
Finishline sells lights. Not sure about lenses only.

Curt - got them. Thanks very much. I emailed you, but looks like you
