Default New member, wanted to say hello...

Hi all,

New to the forum. I have loved cobra's for about 30 years (since my teens). Hopefully will have one someday soon.

I look forward to getting build recommendations, owners insight and and technical information from the many on this great forum.

Thanks to all and have a great day!

Welcome to Club Cobra.

Are you looking to build or buy an already built replica? There are quite a few good deals on built replicas out there.

Thanks for the welcome!

I would love to build one, but space is an issue for me. I will probably go the Superformance route, and install the engine/drivetrain myself. Still have a few years to go until I have enough $$, but want to have everything ironed out before dropping the hammer.

I found I had to buy ASAP because I spent too much time totally addicted to looking at Cobras. While it is really fun looking to buy, it is even more fun after you bought. I suggest you buy an ever so slightly used SPF and save a bundle. I bought mine for $30k off what the first owner paid after 1,700 miles! That is like $18/mile depreciation!

Definitely look for a well sorted used one before you make your final decision. You have time, which means you have lots of options. Welcome and good luck!
