Not sure what you're looking for specifically, but there is a Contemporary Classics forum on this site. In there is a thread on the history of the company - Contemporary Classic Motorcar History

According to that thread (I can't verify that the info is accurate), the company was sold to Burtis Motors. It also mentions that Factory Five bought the body molds - most likely to get a competitor off the market.
