Default New arrival

Hello, I'm new to this site. I found it while trying to research sale prices of Cobras. In 2008, I completed a 427 Cobra kit from LoneStar Classics out of Texas. I completed a lot of the "foundation" work, but had paint/interior/body done professionally (outside my skill level). It has a Tremec 5 speed and a new 392 Ford Racing motor from JEGs (425hp, 450 Torque). I won't post all the details yet...

I'm very interested to find the proper price range. Got kids starting college soon. Prices seem to be all over the map, from $30K to $79K. Can anyone give me suggestions on how to properly price this Cobra? Where should I go to discuss this?

If there is a different thread to discuss such things, please let me know.

Thanks in advance!

Without more details and a lot of excellent pictures (interior, exterior, dash configuration, gauges used, interior/exterior color combinations, engine compartment, wheels, suspension brakes, etc) I'd say you'll be lucky to get $25-$29K for it. If you picked wild color combination (orange with lime green stripes, etc), cheap wheels (bolt on instead of true knock offs) and such, less.

Thanks for the info. Yes, I realize without pictures and details, an accurate estimate could not be made. Guess I was really looking to see where most people are advertising them. Got an uncle that goes to a lot of Car shows (like Carlisle), sells his restoration projects... was thinking I may tag along with him this summer, but I'm really not sure where to start the pricing range. Sadly, I was hoping to get mid to upper $30K out of it.

Look at the Cobra Country site to see where people are pricing cars. EBay is a good place to watch as well. Some people list with"optimistic" prices. If you see them sell, you'll get an idea as to what a car's value really is
