It actually never stops, although the food concesion at Captree Closed a few weeks ago...not exactly sure why..., so there's no coffee or hot chocolate. It slowed down alot, but quite a few guy's stll make the trip over the bridge for a Sunday morning drive since there is no salt or sand on the highways. When the temps reach 50 you'll start seeing alot of the Cobra's.
