Default Wtf?

Dear Admin,,, WTF is the problem???

I am new and to put it bluntly, getting pissed... It took two days to get authorization to even post anything,,, then when I do post, it has to reviewed by a moderator... WTF??

Im not here to make any trouble,,,, Just ask some questions, as Im thinking of building a cobra... But if its gonna take well over 24 hours till my questions and or replies get reviewed by someone, and posted, then I guess I dont need to be here.

Feel free to pull this post and reply directly to me via PM.

Ohh and yes I did search for an admin, or moderator, and couldnt find any.

Punisher

Ohhh what the hell,,, now this one posts right away....

What happened to the replies to my intro post??
I replied to the response that I got with more questions, yet it never posted. When I hit the submit post button, I was told that it needed to be reviewed by a moderator.....

Again, feel free to pull this post.

I have to take special measures because of spammers. I'll send you a PM. That said, don't assume the worst...we've obviously been around here a long time and have many many active members.

Punisher......
The moderators for this site do not generally visit it everyday. They have jobs that require frequent travel and cosequently are not able to visit as frequently as they might like, be patient they will be here shortly. The wealth of knowlege is worth the wait, even if the only Cobras you like are the Red and Blue one on the Header. We like them too. You will find more people with actual hands on knowlege and experience on this sight than you will find for any Marque available anywhere. You will be able to find absolutely anything you want to know about how to build one of any flavor right here. So take a pill and take it easy, it's worth the wait.

BTW the answer to you 1st question is Attitude.

Hey Rick, Big B sent me a PM, so alls good. I also happen to be a long standing member (same name) of Club Chopper, and understand about the spammers.

And yes my replies to my questions did have URL's in them, but for visuals as to what I was asking. So that’s why they were placed in the review folder. Hopefully Big B can pull them out and post them for me.

And hopefully just like the members on Club Chopper this place has an over whelming wealth of knowledge.

Punisher, welcome
You'll find a huge repository of info/facts/everything Cobra here whether or not you can post instantly.
And, IMHO, you'll do better with member responses by not leading posts with WTF and pissed comments. Try a little sugar maybe

Punisher,

If you look at the majority of new users who have signed on you'll notice a bunch of random generated user accounts. Most are from two or three people who use these forums to post links to viagra, porn, or call girl web sites. They bombard this site, Club Chopper, and Club Hotrod (where I am a moderator) with 40-80 new accounts daily per forum. As such Brent (Big B) has implemented certain filters to stop most of the posts from reaching the general forum user population. This is why your posts had to be approved. If you could see in the background what goes on as the moderators of each site do, you would understand exactly why this is the way it is.

Enjoy the site, enjoy your thirst for knowledge about all things Cobra.......

I know, and like I said, this was my third thread... The first one never got posted as it needed to be reviewed..... The splash screen was so fast that I didnt get to read it untill I posted the second one...

And like I said, my reply to the reply (in the thread that was posted) was also flagged,,,,, and didnt get posted until someone could look at it.

This thread was out of frustration, and like I said at the begining, it could get pulled as it wasnt intended to be posted...

I had thought that my (being a newbee here) were going to get looked at before posted. This one posted right away and after that I can not change the title.

So, lets let this thread die, and or pull it.. It is no longer needed.

No, not a moderator here but on the third sister site clubhotrod.com

Car wise, yeah it's for sale, but as you can see, I'm not trying to sell it very hard these days
