Why would a CSX Cobra titled as a 1965 car be any different than any other replica Cobra titled as a 1965 in Georgia?
It wouldn't, none of them are really 1965's. From a legal stand point, when it comes to registering a replica anywhere in the USA, a CSX is no different than an FFR.
While "we" may be impressed with term's like "genuine", "real" "continuation series" the DMV doesn't care. If it wasn't built in 1965, "really", it's "kit car", "specially constructed vehicle", "street rod", ASV (assembled vehicle) or any number of other applied terms to describe the "real" product (fake, as far as 1965 goes).
