Should work Bill. Plumb a vent into there from a valve cover breather and voila, a PVC system!

I talked with BAR ref today and he was adamant that it had to have a functioning PCV valve hooked to the manifold.

Haha, I Love it, the old CAN"T do spirit. You've had so many suggestions on how to solve this really simple problem, the easiest is from John at CompClassics. But you've got the old "Whoa is me" down pat, so why listen to anyone with solutions. You know the old adage, When the going gets tough, oh never mind.

Just in case, Weber manifold and pcv

On my flathead ford I have a 3/16 thick spacer under the carburetor with a vacuum port for the PCV. If you put them under cylinders 3 and 4 you should have enough vacuum at idle for the PCV. I have seen them for single barrel carbs.

The negative comments and threats to sell started in 2015. It's his way of venting. He'll finish the car.
First official piece to bend...FAILURE! Hinges bent trying. $300 of scrap material now in the dumpster. I have had it with this project. Guess it's time to sell
Can't deal with all the setbacks and spiraling costs. Think I'm done
I知 fed up with this project and would really like to unload it. Anyone? I値l even throw in a trailer.
Either way, I知 just depressed and would really like to sell it to someone who is motivated to finish it. I知 just no longer interested in the project
Can稚 wait for this project to be finished so I can sell it and put the nightmare behind me.

His history goes back a lot farther than that. He's been doing that since the Ninety's. I'm just having a little fun with him. I know he won't sell it. After awhile one gets a little tired of his b****ing and complaining and blaming others, but hey that's just Bill. As a side note his build is absolutely beautiful!

Bill,
If you want to go the Holly and Edlebrock route, pm me. I have a Holley 750 DP attached to an Edlebrock manifold that I took off the race car when I switched to the Weber's sitting on my shelf. I will give you a good price on it. If you are interested send me your address so that I can see what the shipping will be to see if it will be reasonable.
Jim

The car is really much nicer than any picture can do justice to it. I have been over to Bill's several times during the build and even the stuff you can't see is top notch and the motor sounds really great. He is frustrated with the local DMV and their crap right now but give him time and he will get it through their inane hoops. We plan to go to a small show in Cottonwood the 10th of next month and his plan was for him to drive the Cobra and his wife take the Challenger. Hopefully this will work out.
