I understand; that time has seemingly come and gone. I was on my local Cobra Club web site this morning and was dismayed to see that it was mostly notices of members that had passed on.

Well, I'm NOT that old. I literally just hit a PR on my deadlift last Friday evening.

I need to figure out how to mount this tank. I am going to make a custom thermostat housing made to attach to the bottom of this tank because of the water -12 outlets on the manifold. cant really come up with anything will look right... any ideas?

I had to fab up a alternator bracket because the lower bolt was hitting the shock tower.

It started its life from ERA... I had to cut off the bolt that came from ERA and weld on a longer one, make a new bracket to the water pump... and re-powder coat it...

You seem like you know what you’re doing. That’s a good thing when working on a Hi Tech chassis. I can’t count the number of things that weren’t right on my SPF. Too much money for all the more attention they pay to the details.

agreed, I have had lots of issues, but I am blessed enough to own a lift in my shop and friends that help me along the way. At the end of the day it will be a nice car. But its NOT bolt on by and stretch.

Custom Alignment in Mountain View is also highly regarded.

Using the morrison manifold I needed to figure out a push/pull setup for the throttle... This is what I came up with. Seems to work good. we will find out.

I need your help... I have looked all over the gates web site and also the local auto parts store. I cant find a solution for this issue, I dont really want to cut the tube on the radiator either...I know that someone here has got to have an answer for me? This is the last part of the puzzle I need to solve before I start her up... There has to be a way...I need a hose that will make this bend...

Man, that's a tight turn. It's kind of hard to tell from the pic how much room you have to make that 90 degree turn. Would a short coupler like this work for you?

No, I think that would be too sharp of a turn and create pressure problems. You might just have to have a custom hose made. Lots of places will do that, like here: https://www.siliconehose.com/custom-hoses/

A 90 degree turn leaving the radiator with a 45 degree bend going into the header tank will work... who will make this for me?

When I needed a hose for my expansion tank I went to CarQuest and they let into the back room where all of the hoses were hanging on the wall. A diligent search found a hose that within it the section I needed. I cut off the front and back and kept the middle that fit.
