Made these using a Harbor Freight English Wheel and Aluminum from Tractor Supply. IMHO, came out pretty nice!

Yes they do. I took a short one day class with Wray Schelin and just tried my hand in it. Those spats are my first attempt. Here's Wray's website, he also has a ton of youtube videos. I plan on doing his 4 day class one of these weekends, hopefully sooner than later.
