Pat,

Wassup???? Why are you putting the car up for sale???

Pete C 02-27-2002 06:02 AM

Wow, Pat! So you're selling that remarkable ride? I'm gonna check my piggy bank!

Good luck, Pete

FIA Mike 02-27-2002 07:26 AM

OK Pat so what gives? No cobra No Sunday rides for you! If the cobra is gone what toy will replace it?

FIA Mike

ERA535 02-27-2002 08:48 AM

Pat wants a Kirkham.....and if everything can be worked out, Pat may have a Kirkham! I plan on putting a 302 in it. 'Cause after I get done paying for it I will need something that gets some fuel mileage.......

The big problem is my Club Cobra name.........from what I understand, the name stays the same? That is going to be strange.

I suppose I could just re-register as KMP108 or something - or even maybe learn something from all this and register with a generic name like "Pat".....that sure sounds bland. There are people on here with names like "Tongue Pirate" after all!!!!

PeteC and FIAMIke - I will have something to drive this summer. Bank on it.

...Let me see if I get this straight..

...you're not r-e-a-l-l-y asking us to help you choose a new screen name, are you?

nah...you wouldn't be asking us to suggest a new name for ERA535, would you?

:3DSMILE:

ERA535 02-27-2002 09:34 AM

ERA535,

Pat:

You are joking about the small block? Right? You know it is illegal to put a small block in a Kirkahm?:3DSMILE::LOL:

ERA535 02-27-2002 05:15 PM

Jeff

Nah, that was just a crowd pleaser. Just did it for effect. I got four indignant emails from it:3DSMILE:

Pat

Guinness 02-28-2002 03:57 PM

A small block in a Kirkham makes perfect sense! Of course, as long as it is in their FIA car. Pat, I'll let you drive my Kirkham FIA if you let me drive your Kirkham 427. You could wait a few years and get KMP535, it would be an easier transition.
Jeff

OUCH!!!!!

You guys are vicious........I do save money on leaf blowing though. Of course the neighbors are all up in arms. Trying to fight back I guess......

U2 - unless you have something better than a 302 in that thing you are going to have to sweeten the pot a little - you were saying they have 2 seat U2's? :3DSMILE:
Actually for a ride in one of those, I would let you HAVE my car for a week....

Hound dog - The "wind" was hardly whispering - more like a human big block

Dsprint - I kinda like #1 Gashole

RACER X #99 02-28-2002 06:27 PM

Kirkham good choice

535,
Tired of driving that ERA with the tow truck engine??? A nice sb that can rev way past 7,000 and you'll never want another torque motor.

Cranky:3DSMILE:

Pete C 02-28-2002 09:07 PM

Pat,

Given the comments and expectations of the multitudes, it must now be crystal clear to you that even if you do swap the ERA for a Kirkham......you will still be a gashole!

Pete
