you've gotta try kart racing-arrive and drive

hi ...just got back from charlotte, a 4 hour endurance arrive and drive kart race run by endurance karting (endurancekarting.com)..... incredible.....a team format, with fast, safe karts, manditory pit stops for driver changes, etc, .....that lets you race hard and fast, thus, get it out of your system a bit. we ran with ernie ervin, lake speed, and many other scca, imsa, etc racers, along with people who had never raced anything...... this is a huge bang for the buck that puts you wheel to wheel, and does'nt drain the bank account. races are coming up in lime rock in june, and U. Mass. in may. if you have any unfullfilled fantasy about racing, don't want to prepare your car for the track, or just want to try another motor sport, you've GOT to try this....i went alone and was matched with others to form a team.... a cobra owners team could be interesting.....you need 3 or more drivers to physically survive.....check the web site for lots of info....maybe see you at lime rock, which is only an hour from me.....i can't wait.....lou............."we cannot control the wind, but we can adjust our sails"....
