Superformance Cobra #052
I'm just curious to those out there looking at Superformance cars. What if any are the concerns or possible concerns regarding this car. And just out of curiosity given those concerns what do you feel the car is worth? Obviously a car or anything for that matter is only worth what someone is willing to pay. Though, I must say that I was really surprised when I didn't sell at my original price and dumbfounded that no one stepped up at the lowered price.
If the rest of the info doesn't follow the original ad it a couple of cars down, and pictures can be found on Cobra Country with a link there.

I'm quite surprised you haven't sold it yet. I've been watching the used market on these cars for several months and was quite surprised by your reduced price.
I thought it looked like great deal especially considering most of the SPF offerings are 10K more than you are asking.
Maybe the color? I like the color combo but maybe people can't see past it not being a blue or red color scheme.
I think these things have to have the right car at the right price for the right buyer at the right time or they seem to be for sale for months.
Good luck with the sale.

Could be the low number too. Many guys are searching for SF's with the upgrades.

Looks like a great car to me! I like the whole appearance of the car, mainly because it doesn't have the look of other 44.000 Cobra's on this planet.
So just be patience, this is not a mainstream version of the SPF so you'll have to wait for the right buyer, just like xlr8or explained earlier.
Try selling it in Japan; those guys LOVE white cars
ps.: what is the price of this car anyway?

problem ? not the car, not the price...just the enconomy now. more cars listed used than buyers, less money to most for toys.
almost all of the later model SPF upgrades can be retrofitted to earlier cars (lowered 3" footwell is the most difficult to retrofit). the other changes over time as SPF evolves with theri continued product upgrades are easy to put on but to many are not necessary. nice ? yes ! gotta have em ? heck NO !
'my car is an early car (#156 built in 1996) and stands TALL compared to any of the newer cars of any brand including the outstanding quality / fit / finish / paint of SPFs (today and BEFORE).
you are priced right, too low actually, and for every seat there is a butt to put onto it as they say in the used car market. these cars like so many today are 'easy to buy and hard to sell' because of the times. someone could STEAL your car (at that price, not as in theft) and do many many upgrades and still be BELOW the price of a new turn key car !
color is always something too that if ya buy new you want what you want but if you buy used you can usually compromise on if the color is not at the top of the list. White is one of the lower volume colors and adds to 'takes longer to sell' status.
good luck...someone will get a bargain on your car. just wait em out !~ bill , spf 156
