Does anybody know who these guys are. Check out their home page?
Has anyone built one of these?

If it is an A&C, which I am pretty sure it is, it is a great car. The Fiberglass work is 2nd to none (including ERA) and the whole thing is well engineered. You can find them at www.acautos.com
Do a search for A&C (Antique and Collectible), there are quite a few in the club and you will see it is a quality, although understated, kit.

It definatly looks and sounds like an A&C. And yes VERY UNDER RATED. Fibreglass work second to none absolutely. As with anything though, there will be unforseen issues arise. All-n-all I am very satisfied with mine after making some major modifications, but I am somewhat of a perfectionist. You can look at some pictures of mine by clicking on the gallery by my name. There are also several people on club cobra that own and have built their A&C. $15,000 is probably about what Fasttimes has in it if retail price was paid for the kit and accessories so it is probably a fair asking price.
Good luck,
John
