What brand of dealer are you looking for?
THere are many links on this website with info on how to get in touch with manufacturers. or go to Cobracountry.com.
Give them all a call and see if they an help.
If you wait for the Cobra dealer to come back you might be waiting a long time.

In Your Back Yard
Great units right there...
Contact Wolf or Tania at Can Am:
http://www.canammotorcars.com/
There are a number owners in the Vancouver BC area. I may be one of the few south of the border... I've never been able to find any brethren down here.
Good luck and best regards,
Zderf

I second what Zderf says
I have one from the same builder. They were originally in Langley but have since moved to the outskirts of Chilliwack( this side)
They build a nice kit to any stage of completion for you you at fair prices. They also know whats done to make it as original or as correct as you want.
The only negatives are that he can become overwhelmed with the work and orders and the result is delays and backlog. But he delivers a good strong car with good workmanship.
They are close to home for you
Now you could go the route of FFR kits out of Alberta Or Superformance out of Toronto ( bigger money than you can imagine)
Cardiac Cobra closed shop long ago in Vancouver.......Look into the situation for importing a finished KIT from the USA and you will see you can't. Customs won't allow it. A couple huge boxes containing a kit car in parts is supposed to be the way around that.
Having said this...bringing a Canadian kit car in finished form to the US is quite a good deal for the US folks.....they enjoy the US dollar advantage.

If you're looking for a kit (or a completed car for that matter) you could talk to Mike or Ryan at The Kobra Shop in Toronto. These are the people that picked up the pieces when Johnex came apart. They aren't cheap but the quality of their product impressed me enough to spend the extra $$$. Their phone number is (905) 457-1966. They recently shipped a roller to Calgary.

LOL........hows it going!
Yeah that car is one heck of a project. Been home a year now and I missed lats summers deadline so the next one is this MAY.
The paint will be last! The painter told me it would be a month at least. (And yes its in primer and ready to be painted after a little more prep from the painter)
It seems that what I thought were going to be small tasks became bigger than expected. The fact that it came home without an assembly manual is part of the slowdown. But thankgod for e-mail
I also bought a digital camera so that makes communication much easier.
So I have my fingers crossed all thats really left in this order are
1) Flashup and breakin
2) 4 wheel alignment
3) Paintjob
4) Inspection/registration
lets hope
