I am in the same boat and when the time comes it will be Superformance or ERA for me. The SAI and Kirkham are out of my price range. Both ERA and SPF cars can be had used, but when you consider how many have been produced (around 1500 SPFs and less than 750 ERAs) you won't find many on the market. To me, this shows that most people are VERY satisfied with these cars. In fact, for those who own them these cars become part of their lifestyle.

There is no doubt when profound logic is applied to the situation. If you really think about it, ERA and SPFs are the only options given my circumstances, e.g. buy, wax, drive with the low end nothing but potential trouble and the high end not doable, financially. There are a lot more SPFs on the market, versus ERAs and that is an interesting fact, although, no one is giving away either model.

It's turning into an interesting trip. Thanks for the input. My status is: ERA identified, I'm in pursuit mode!
