Hi, I am still on the hunt and looking for a <2 year old (or newer) Superformance (post recent improvenets) that is properly registered/titled in California.
SB 100 would be terrific. No '65 Ford.. Registered Cars (as I am told to stay away even if registered this way in California today).
If you have properly registered California Superformance (or ERA) and interested in possibly Selling, please let me know....sdraskin@hotmail.com.
FYI - I sold my ERA (titled as a 1965 Ford) to a guy in Oceanside and he didn't have a problem titling it. And that was only in April/May. Hope that helps.
Dont let the california laws scare you, or limit you. If a car is titled CORRECTLY any where in US the title can be transfered w/o a problem. My bro in law lives in LA and just trans. a title which he bought in IL.....It was a 32 ford which was built from a kit. Titled as a 32 ford.........

I did it about a year ago.....it was origianlly titled in Oregon as a 67 Cobra and then in the lower corner of the title it said "replica". The autoclub simply ask me what make it was and I said Ford....then they asked what year....and I said 67 since that's what the Oregon title said. A week later I received my Ca title....
A 67 with smog gear???? Not on your life!... although I had a friend who runs a smog station check it just for the heck of it.....It puts out WAY less than the legal limits. High compression burns very clean....
I have not tryed to sell the car yet.
Soon to sell it so I can buy a bigger boat.
