Default Trade "66 Mustang Conv. for Cobra

Looking to trade my '66 Mustang Conv., plus cash, for a "good" cobra. Problem is, I'm new to cobras and not real sure as to what I'm getting into, since there are so many manufacturers and "kit cars" out there. I do know that I want a low miles, "correct looking" car that has excellent "drivability" along with good performance and reliability. Any suggestions or responses from interested parties will be greatly appreciated.

Oh Yeah -- the Mustang is a really nice car (ground-up restoration with many receipts) that I bought for my wife 6 years ago. The car has only been driven about 1000 miles since purchased. White, red pony interior, black top, 289 2v, auto, power steering, styled wheels, trumpet exhaust (also have original rims and spinner hubcaps). I'm not able to post pictures at this time, but will get pictures and more info to anyone interested.

Thanks again for any responses

Dave

Joe - No I didn't receive your reply. Thanks for checking, as I was looking for it. Please try again -- unless there is some type of glitch, I should be able to get mail at either of the following addresses:

gtdavidt@earthlink.net

or

dleegt@aol.com

Thanks, Dave

How much cash are you planning to throw in (aka: what value are you placing on your Mustang)??? Also, did you want a big block, or a small block Cobra????

Bill -- My mustang is valued at $20K give or take a little. I'm currently leaning towards a small block for better drivability.

Thanks, Dave
