Smile Looking for RED SPF - Prefer CA car....

Okay, folks! It's time to get serious!

I'm searching for a red w/white stripes SPF. Small or Big Block not a priority, but higher HP is. Car should have dropped (newer) foot wells (I'm 6'3" so I will need the room). Would prefer chrome/polished accessories (roll bar, bumper jacks) and ceramic coated pipes, but everything is negotiable.

CALIFORNIA cars with SB100 title will get my prompt attention. Lesser priced out-of-state cars will also be given consideration, but they have to be very clean and I'll have to be convinced that it's titled correctly in your state. I will not buy a plane ticket to look at junk.

Daytona/Guardsman Blue models will be considered as a second alternative (again, for the right car). I am NOT interested in titanium, silver, black, royal, green, yellow, white, etc., so please kindly pass if your car fits one of those colors.

If you have what I'm looking for, or know someone that does, please have them e-mail me at dharisis@firstam.com, or contact me (days-direct line) at 714-701-5653. Please leave a message and I will get back to you promptly.

My cash awaits the right car. Thanks!

Dean

Todd, thanks again for the referral.

After seeing the car that Todd kindly referred, I should add one more "visual" request to my demand list. I'm not interested in any SPF that has the dual roll bar option. 99.9% of the time it will just be me in the driver's seat and no passenger. Call me what you want, but I just don't like the way the symmetry of two roll bars clashes with the classic body lines......it's overkill.

Keep the referrals coming! Had two in my in-box this morning....THIS IS EXCITING!

Gary,

I believe he has formally pulled this particular car off the market, but I will write him an IM just to make sure. I agree, it appears to be a nice example.

Thank you to all of you that have responded thus far.
Wow! Ask and you shall receive! Many excellent examples have been forwarded to me for review. I'm putting together a pecking order and I will get back to all respondents by the first part of next week.

Default Hey Red,

Check out cobracountry.com There is a guy in San Ramon who is selling what looks to be a beautiful red/white Superformance with a 427 in it and 17 and 15 inch wheel set-ups. Seems to be a good price as well. It is a little more than half way down in the 'for sale' area.

Good luck!

Snak Iyz,

Yes, I saw that one, too. A low number SPF, meaning it doesn't have the dropped foot box. I'm 6'3" and need all the room I can muster. I agree on the price though....a lot of SPF for the money.

Thanks for the tip and well wishes!

-Deano
