I have a beautiful House of Cobras finished Johnex DD that I will sell to right buyer. Original cost was $65k in 2000. It has just under 5000 miles. Expensive pro built 425ci Windsor stroker at 500+ HP, TKO 5spd, 9" Ford/DeDion 4 link rear, Pro coilovers, CSC parameter space chassis. This car is in show cond.
By "right buyer", I mean somone not to far away that will come and look at it and is able to buy it and take it home without any special allowances on my part. I have not listed it for sale because I don't want the drama of entertaining all of the picture collectors and BSrs out there in computerland. The Johnex is rare (I've never seen another one in person)and is technically superior to all of the ladder frame replicas out there. In a sea of SPFs and FFRs it stands out with it's accurate shape and detailing. The only Cobra replica I would rather have is a Kirkham. I hate to let it go but I am building up my RVing capability right now and could use some $$ for doing that the way I want. Sometime in the next year or two, the empty Cobra spot in the garage will be filled with a Kirkham so it's just a matter of time anyway. If you would like something special this is your opportunity. I'll sell it for $30k. That is a give away price for this car. Do not compare it with others that you can get for that kind of money. Check out the pics in my gallary. Also check out (under Cars/Parts for sale) http://www.cmstreetperformance.com/ They have a great Factory Five car for sale; professionally built - only drawback, (for some of us), is that it has an automatic tranny. These guys did my body/paint and all the suspension work. I'm sure the price on this car is negotiable. - Dan |
