I cannot fax you anything.
Have your attorney contact me and I'll put him in contact with Mr.Lineback.
As far as the middle man thing goes.
Are you the only employee of your company.
If not, would you have your employees handle your legal affairs.?
Also what do you think ford would think of your claims on your personal website.?
see below.
I found many attractive offers being laid at my (crib's)feet. I spent but a short time reviewing them before taking up a project with the Ford Motor Company.
Hopping on my favorite Hobby Horse "Mustang" I headed off to Dearborn. I wouldn't say that Ford couldn't have done it without my input, but where do you think they got the name "Mustang "from? I turned my life to intense schooling, graduating college at the age of 5. I spent the next 27 years searching for the perfect position, sometimes helping out with new Mustangs as they were introduced.
(I hope ford isn't looking into that one.)

Paul,
As I said before, I do not want to be rude, but your take of this type of deal and mine are worlds apart. As for my comments on my personal website, Bill Ford got a kick out of it, as have many of my friends and business aquaintences who I have pointed to that website. I made a legitimate and profesional request, you have not taken it seriously enough. I'll take my business elsewhere as it makes no difference to me whether I am #3, or #100 on the list.
Bill S.

Paul,
With all due respect, you:
a) Have no detailes to ffer on tghe car other than you will be #3 in line.
b) You say money is 100% refundable, but you cannot offer a contract.
c) You make promises to the members of this site, but cannot confirm anything and refer them to your boss.
d) You are hedging your bets on a car that has not yet been confirmed for production.
Why are YOU here? Why not your boss?
I think you may be better off in the Dupont Registry, you see, many folks that have bought replica Cobras in the past have been burned one way or another by some business that went belly up or made promioses that they could not keep.
Just my 2 cents.

I can offer a contract on your money being refundable.
I cannot offer the dealer contracts from my company.
I'm here because my boss is the owner and he has better things to do.
I'm not referring you guy's to him.
Just you because your making requests beyond my authorization.
He'd tell me he doesn't care and sell it to someone else.
I'm not here to beg you for anything as a matter of fact I don't even make any money by doing these deals.I just thought I would share my Info with you.
I normally on cars like the FORD GT take $50,000 Deposits.
Which Happened last, week on a car that no one knows will be available! What color.Or even if they work out the bugs in the motor.
But since we're a cobra dealer I thought I share with you guy's, who have been kind enough to share with me.
We've been in Dupont for 12yrs and it's been great.
Just thought I give my pals the inside Info.
Buy a car Don't buy a car,But when they come in.
Don't forget I offered you one.
I bet the guy's that were offered the original cobra were just as skeptical.
They're still kicking them selves in the butt.

Paul...
I'm sorry, but this is a bi-directional fruitless thread.
Please don't advertise futures here again.
