Ernie,
Agree that BB ERA and Contemp cars for $35K are not "normal" but things are moving in that direction. Lots of NICE cars listed in the mid 40s but not many selling.
NICE FFR cars are selling for $30K, but I think the red interior is a minus to some (how many people have told you to change the Tan interior in your ERA to black?).
Best of Luck!

MLOGAN,
It's a pretty generic car, it's an FFR, it has a red interior and it's priced on the high side for what it's got in it...
I'm sure it's a nice car but there are lots of "nice" cars and nicer cars out there for people to look at.
Having said that... when push comes to shove and you're looking at Ernies $15K.. be sure to give me a call... I'm sure I can beat that.
Hell, what can an interior cost from FFR?..
We'd like to keep in on the mainland....

Ray,
If you are really searching for feedback, I have some but take it as you may. Just one guy's opinion and you'll get a lot more from others if you really want to hear it. It seems to me that your car has a great foundation, IRS, and all. Although I like the Red interior (because its different) it would probably go over a bit better in a street car version Cobra with wire wheels and undercar exhaust or on a Porsche Syper replica vs. a racer/track looking style Cobra replica. It seems some new buyers want to customize and vizualize their own cars to their personality. Yours is already personalized to your taste with CF dash, slash stripes, numbers on the side, etc... Rather than just point out things, maybe you could try another angle and see what happens. It is a nice car, with some nice components, and we know what costs/time it takes to build a nice car like yours. So maybe a slightly different type of presentation could help. Some new buyers focus more on the look than what's underneath, so looks overtake function. I'm the opposite, I enjoy what's underneath and change the looks as needed to my taste. But, you are probably catering to new buyers for the most part - right?
Ideas:
Got any high-quality pics of the car to post without the numbers and slash stripes? (taking the car back to a more plain, less pesonalized look). One option to see...
Did you ever contemplate or try a dash cover the same color as the interior and possibly matching it up a bit...? CF dash looks great in a full race type of car, but you are sort of mixing up street/race look with solid Red seats and a CF dash. Sort of cancels each other out - if being super critical of details...
Or, (my preference would be)
If you keep the interior mostly Red and prefer the racey look over plain look, you can sort of mix in a bit more race appeal by replacing the solid Red seats. ... For example, leave the CF dash, pull the solid Red seats / sell them, and put some real nice low-profile, quality, black or black/red racing style seats in there, with some racing seat belts to break up the solid Red interior a bit. To me, seats are a focal point of the car too...
If a new buyer can visualize a few small cosmetic changes to their taste, and since you are already being flexible on the price, the right buyer will come along if they can make their preferred small changes, affordably. Again, we know what it takes to build these cars, and yours is a nice car with all the right stuff underneath! Take it for what its worth and good luck.

I think your car looks great & with the IRS option and red interior you should have no problem getting what your asking , I've seen a lot of FFR cars that were basic builds with no options go from mid twenty's to high twenty's the only thing I would do is take more pictures and maybe remove meatballs to show how car looks with and without as some people like the clean look goodluck great car!
