Selling advice from the Experts!
Interested in how many of you actually make sales of cobras on this web site. I have posted mine for the last month and only a handful of inquiries. I am selling a great car at a fare price. You can see by the pictures.
Sellers, what has been your experience and any feedback on selling my car?

The cobra market is imploding .Every new one, turnkey or kit makes the existing ones harder to sell.

LOTS of replicas on the market right now, more than I've ever seen before. It's driving prices into the ground.

Borr - your add is now buried on page 3 - not exactly high profile. You need to recycle from time to time - It took me a while to even find it.
You may consider Curt Scotts web site - seems a few cars sell there every week - I think it's called cobracountry.com.
eBay is also the ultimate determiner of price....a SV sold there a few weeks ago for $20.5.
Good luck

Borr, Bruce makes a good point...
"your add is now buried on page 3 - not exactly high profile. You need to recycle from time to time - It took me a while to even find it".
I would add more details about your car either here or on cobracounty. Pics good very good...what's in the package.
Good Luck,
Eddie

Selling your car is all about watching the market and knowing what your particular car will bring at any given time. Marketing your car is also all in the details. Your original advertisement leaves a lot to be desired:

So, you asked, I answered, the more details you place in an advertisement, the greater chance you have of selling your Cobra replica...................
Hope you find this helpful.

Thanks for all your replies. The original add is I believe on page 5. Title is "1967 Shell Valley Replica for Sale". How do you recycle back to the first page?
I agree with Excaliber. There does seem to be a lot for sale right now. I guess the advantage is, I am in no rush, but would like to make room for the next adventure. I apreciate it Luke-44, I already have it posted there. Just a slow market right now.
It's still available if someone wants a spare!

Easiest way is to reply to your own post - some guys just type "TTT" (To The Top). Good luck
