As stated in the listing, a "209" stamping on the hinge would designate it as CSX2209.
CSX2209 has virtually no history in the last registry, indicating that s/n is "MIA"....
...but, 2209 would be rack and pinion, not worm and sector steering.
The real test would be a chassis number on the frame, but that hasn't been mentioned (as of yet) in the ad.
Right now, it look like an interesting pile of pieces.
