Would a Midstate be considered a kit or roller in LA, California. How hard is it to title and register a Midstate Cobra in LA. What year would it be titled as. There is a 19 thousand something package I'm interested that Midstate sells would that be a roller or a kit? Does anyone have a Midstate Cobra in my area?

The 19k package is a kit .I am not sure of the price of there roller but I do know know Bob Kallio at Midstsates can help you out however you want it , give him a call.
