Just thought I'd inform you that your air cleaner is on backwards. Best of luck but I think you'll find that the cobra market it going to beat down your asking a little bit - maybe.

Rich,
That is a nice looking car and as Cracker stated you may have to settle for a little less. Could you give a few of the specs on the engine, transmission, and rear end? Also is the car registered under SB-100 or some other way?
I see you live in the Santa Barbara/ Santa Ynez area. My father was a foreman on the Cachuma Dam and tunnel project and my Uncle was vice president of M. & K. at that time. I lived in Paradise Camp and spent a lot of time in Santa Barbara. Went to school in Santa Ynez but most likely wouldn't recognize either now as that was a long time ago.

Why do we always have to make comments about what a guy is trying to sell?

Pat - because parts that are installed backwards look a little funny?

Well, thanks for all the comments, I guess.
The air cleaner is fixed. Hopefully that doesn't hold any one back from buying it.
And yes, the price is negotiable.
Regards,
RP

Nice looking car - good luck selling it. Don't worry about the air cleaner we all make mistakes - I know of a poster to this thread that ran his motor without fluid - as in water.
